Crypto Lessons 101: How to Get Started

I realized recently that while everyone talked about Cryptocurrencies and how exciting it was, not everyone actually OWNS cryptos or bitcoins. While researching, I found out that while 65% of Americans have heard of this thing called Bitcoin, less than 15% of the nation actually owns 1 BTC.

This is shocking to me, because I was under the impression it was more widespread than that. You hear about it on the news, on Saturday Night Live, referenced to in movies, art, pop culture, etc. To me it was everywhere. But just because you hear about it and talk about it, doesn’t mean people actually own it.

So I started to wonder what the problem was in BTC adoption. Was it because it was just too complicated to bother? Or that people lacked the basic information of how to get started in the thousands of different cryptos, and tokens, and projects, out there.
